Customer Reviews

Wow. Lightning fast, and affordable. Came in with a punctured tire – had a small screw or bolt jammed in it. I gave ’em my keys, sat down, and my car was ready to go before I’d finished typing their wifi password. Yup, that’s how you earn my business, that’s for sure.

I do not live in the immediate area where Brookwood Tire & Auto is located so I had never used them in the past. I was in the area and located a screw in my tire. No big deal, took my car to them and they repaired it in a matter of minutes. They were very courteous and respectful and got me in and out in no time. I won’t hesitate to return to them in the future!

Auto Maintenance FAQs

How often should I get my oil changed?
For a long time and sometimes still today, standard practice at many lube shops is to suggest oil changes every three months or 3,000 miles. In order to know when the best time to get your oil changed is, check the owner’s manual of your specific model for manufacturer-recommended intervals.
Should I worry about servicing my leased vehicle?
There's no catch. The key is to make sure you maintain and service your vehicle at the required intervals. Not having regular service and maintenance performed on a leased car not only means the warranty will be voided but could cause you to incur a substantial fee at the lease's end.
Do I need to replace my battery after I jump-start my vehicle?
If you simply left your headlights on, then you could have several more years of good life out of a battery, provided you remember to turn your headlights off. However, if the battery is worn out and not holding charge properly, then it’s time to replace it.
How do I know when I need new brakes?
Squeaking. Grinding. Vibration When Braking. Taking Longer To Stop. Indicator Light Comes On. Brake Pads Appear To Be Thin.
